No Worries Blog Hop

Welcome to our No Worries Blog Hop!
If you are coming from CAROL's blog you are on the right track.

This month I took a challenge to use the cut apart sheet included in the No Worries paper packet to create cards.  This cut apart card isn't just for scrapbooking!  I had a great time working on these cards.  The cut apart cards are all so beautiful to begin with that I didn't have to add much.

Scroll down for more details or hop on to MARTY's blog.

This one is my favorite!  I simply cut down the island scene card and the wood grain card and attached to a white card base.  I used the No Worries Cardmaking stamp set and thin cut bundle for the umbrella, deck chair, and star fish.  I added some burlap ribbon and a few sequins.

This one I layered the Good Time card on top of Cashmere cardstock.  Took a strip from the wood grain card then added some white burlap ribbon and some sequins.

This one was the easiest to create.  I layered Glacier, Lagoon, and Sapphire cardstock and then the sunglasses card.  A few sequins and you're done!

I LOVE this wood grain piece!  There are sheets of it included in the paper packet, but you also get one in the cut apart cards.  I layered it with Sapphire cardstock.  The Happy Birthday stamp came from the Let's Party Cardmaking kit.  I used a watercoloring technique and Cashmere ink pad to swoosh some color onto the sentiment piece then stamped Happy Birthday in Sapphire ink.  I added some white burlap ribbon and sequins.

All products I used can be purchased on my website www.juliescott.closetomyheart.com
